Bruce Russell will be ordained to the permanent diaconate at St. Paul's Cathedral. Bruce is an art historian with a long history of lay ministry in the Anglican Church.  He will be deacon at St. Mary's, Regina.  He has a keen interest, and experience, in ministry with First Nations.
