The archives of the Synod of the Diocese of Qu'Appelle consist primarily of Bishop's papers, Synod Office records, parish records and publications. For the most part the records cover the period from the creation of the Diocese in 1884 to the present day. Finding aids to the records are gradually being created allowing for greater knowledge of and easier access to the archival record. In the meantime, most of the records remain restricted until such time that the records are properly arranged and described. Therefore, it is important that the interested researcher contact the Archivist about archival holdings relating to a specific topic.
