Bishop's Cycle Ride DAY 8

July 27, 2017 | Synod Office

10.00am: Today is a much shorter ride. Basically a ride to the church in Kennell, perhaps the most photographed church in Canada I then ride on gravel and pavement for 25km. I am thankful for this shorter ride as we have a heat warning today.
At 5pm we will enjoy a pot luck supper and fellowship before we have a 6pm Eucharist at our church in Lumsden.
This final destination today will end the first phase of the ride across the diocese.
Friday will be a day free from cycling. Saturday will be a 30k ride to the 7 churches of Regina and all are welcome to join in this gentle paced ride.
Sunday I will be at St Luke's on Gordons reserve for Eucharist at 11am
Monday I begin the last phase of the bike ride as I head up to Kamsack, visiting eleven church along the way.
