It was a stunning ride by the lakes in the Qu'Appelle valley to our church in Katepwa.

I then headed north up the grid road for 20 kms, uphill all the way. Tricky riding conditions as well, especially carrying the extra load, but I made it.
Archdeacon Catherine Harper again drove out to experience the pilgrimage and it was a blessing to enjoy her prayerful presence. The difficult journey to Balcarres, perhaps the most difficult so far, was worth it, both to pray for those who are really struggling at the moment and worth it for the reception when I arrived at the church. Both United church folk and the Anglicans came for the mid day service and lunch. Then we headed East North East to Melville 56kms arriving in time for a quick shower then supper and evening praise. One person said "what a wonderful evening, I could really sense the spirit of God moving amongst us".
Something I have sensed this entire pilgrimage. Thanks be to God.
