St. Aidan (Moose Jaw, SK) is a vibrant multi-generational parish that is prayerful and creative. We are grateful to be in a healthy position (including finances) and are looking for an incumbent who can help us to continue growing in Christ.
We are seeking a priest to shepherd our congregation in the embodiment of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through sacrament, worship, fellowship, and ministry in the community of Moose Jaw, SK.
We are praying for an individual who has a mature and humble spirit, is practiced in the holy rhythms of our tradition, and is a gifted communicator of God's grace. The appointed candidate will be invited to nurture a context of welcome and care that continues to provide opportunity for service and creativity for the Aidanite flock. On a week-to-week basis, the incumbent will meet with parishioners to provide spiritual care including counsel, encouragement, and home eucharist, in addition to the weekly duties of presiding over Holy Eucharist and giving guidance to the various ministries of the parish.
While we are eager to have a Rector, we are more eager to be joined by someone who is led to us by God. We are flexible with the start date and other logistical items.
