Rev. Jamie Howison to teach Introduction to Anglicanism

A six-session series, exploring some of the textures and characteristics of the Anglican tradition.

If you've heard the name, Rev. Jamie Howison, it might have been from Steve Bell talking about Jamie as his priest.

Or it might have been our own Bishop Hellen telling stories of her time worshipping and serving with Jamie in Winnipeg.

Another possibility still, you may know his books, God's Mind in That Music: Theological Explorations through the Music of John Coltrane (2012), In Days to Come: Word's for Advent (2013), or I Will Not Be Shaken: A Songwriter's Journey through the Psalms (2015).

In any case, Rev. Jamie Howison is a warmly respected theologian and pastor and the Qu'Appelle School for Mission and Ministry is thrilled to host him for this upcoming course.

Hosted on ZOOM every Tuesday evening February 25 through April 1, we will be offering "Introduction to Anglicanism" taught by Rev. Jamie Howison.

The course is free to attend though donations to help cover expenses are encouraged and appreciated. It is also open to guests beyond our diocese and from any background so please fell free to invite anyone you think may appreciate it.
